Following his clerkship, Mr. Wenner worked in private practice where he concentrated in civil litigation in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Wenner dealt extensively with matters ranging from the Federal Torts Claims Act, contract claims, dissolution and accounting actions and consumer fraud claims. Mr. Wenner has also aggressively protected his clients’ interests in estate, partnership, property and contract matters.
Since joining the firm, Mr. Wenner has dealt extensively with issues ranging from tax appeals, construction litigation, municipal matters, labor relations and has actively represented various municipalities throughout both Warren and Sussex counties, and has been appointed as labor counsel for the Township of Vernon. His oral advocacy skills have served clients well, both in the trial courts and before the Appellate Division.
Mr. Wenner and his wife Kim are the proud parents of their two children, Jack and Evelyn. He is active in his local church and is a Trustee on the Warren County Bar Association..
